Here at Rotolok we are determined to provide a fast, reliable turnaround on orders. Having stock valves and rotors in a range of sizes allows us to quickly assemble and deliver our standard equipment in a short time, an example of which is below.
On Tuesday 1st August, a client came through to us asking for a very quick turnaround on two 200mm Rotary Valves. Our sales team advised that we would be able do it within 7-10 days, however, the valves were built and dispatched by Thursday 3rd. The client then came back to us late on the Thursday asking for another as soon as possible. Again, we accepted and we managed to quickly dispatch the valve early on Wednesday 9th. For both of the orders placed, we were able to deliver the valves within 3 days. Our client was incredibly pleased with such a quick delivery on both occasions.
This goes to show that by keeping a supply of standard equipment and with a hardworking team, we can get our equipment delivered to a client remarkably quickly.
