The new Rotolok Plug Feeder made in partnership with Solitec Engineering Ltd.
Rotolok have worked in partnership with Solitec Engineering Ltd to produce a new, innovative feeder to complement its current product range. The Plug Feeder is available in a range of sizes to provide feed rates up to 2 tonnes per hour. It is available as a volumetric feeder as well as for loss in weight applications with the addition of a weigh platform.
The Rotolok Lump Breaker has a design proven on assorted products and is particularly effective on dry, brittle and friable lumps.
A fabricated construction using in-house laser cut components allows for any inlet and outlet size to match customer installations and stacked, cross-cutting designs for less friable products. The heavy-duty blades are readily replaceable, as is the breaker grid, with an inspection door for easy assessment of wear. Mild steel and stainless steel are standard materials of construction and specials such as abrasive resistant steel are available as options.
