What’s in it for you?

When you become an apprentice at Rotolok you will begin your journey to become a nationally recognised qualified engineer in the field of fabrication, CNC machining or Design whilst also earning a wage. Our apprenticeship programmes have been refined over many years to provide you, the apprentice, with the best training and mentoring possible. Our qualified apprentices and skilled engineers will assist you every step of the way.

Our apprenticeship programmes take four years to complete, consisting of 1-2 days a week at college to gain the required theoretical qualification with the remaining days being spent at our modern manufacturing facility where you will be able to refine your practical skills.

Rotolok will give you the opportunity to experience every practical area within the business, from design through to final assembly and inspection and, as we continue to reinvest in the latest manufacturing techniques and machinery, the training will not stop once you have completed your apprenticeship. The possibilities to continue your growth within the company are endless.

Application Requirements

To become an apprentice at Rotolok you will need to be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in engineering. We are looking for individuals who can work well in a team and show the motivation and discipline to develop the knowledge needed within the business. You must be prepared to learn the skills which are required to ensure the continued success of Rotolok and be keen to build a career in the bulk handling industry.

You are required to have at least five GCSEs, including 9-5 grades in Maths, English and Science. Full time college students working towards any engineering or mathematics qualifications are also welcomed to apply.
