Here at Rotolok we are constantly improving our Stainless Steel product offering, both in terms of quantity and quality.
Following recent major successes in the market place and the increasing demand for Stainless Steel products we have now begun investment casting some of our smaller Stainless Steel Rotary Valve bodies.

We are pleased to announce an exciting new addition to our product range, the Rotolok Lump Breaker.
The Rotolok Lump Breaker has a design proven on assorted products and is particularly effective on dry, brittle and friable lumps.

Rotolok has been manufacturing equipment for over 40 years, the quality requirements and expectations needed to ensure the equipment is made to Rotolok’s high standards, whilst embracing current codes & practices and associated legislation, requires continual improvement, which is a fundamental requirement of the ISO 9001 standard. To this end, Rotolok has recently attained accreditation to the updated ISO 9001 standard, ISO 9001 : 2015.

Rotolok always strive to meet industry and customer requirements. Over the past few years, there has been an ever-increasing demand for large Rotary Valves and to accommodate this, we have expanded our standard cast equipment range to include our 750mm & 915mm Rotary Valves. Even larger fabricated valves can be supplied as necessary.

Rotolok are exhibiting again at Powtech this year and will have a varied selection of equipment on display. On the stand there will be one of their largest Rotary Valves as well as their smallest, showing that Rotolok can make a range of Rotary Valves to suit any product requirement. (more…)

At the beginning of January we appointed John Pickering as Product and Business Development Manager for the ROTOLOK Group, based at our Headquarters in Tiverton, UK.

All Kleanloks are constructed from cast stainless steel complete with stainless steel rotors with all internal and external surfaces fully machined. They are particularly popular in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industry sectors.
